Even your Christmas decorations cannot help but look at these ultra-lightweight rear spring cups. The steel cups hold a 5″-diameter coil spring. A&A Manufacturing offers the rear spring cups in four versions.
AA-621-A (pictured) fits 3″ axle tubes while AA-621-B fits 2-5/8″ ones. Both sell for $14.95 each.
AA-621-C is an offset spring cup, which sits 2-1/2″ off center of a 3″ axle tube. Also retails for $14.95.
A&A Manufacturing offers a clamp-on spring cup as well, AA-621-D, fitting 3″ tubing, for $24.95.
These items are new to the A&A Manufacturing’s expansive line of chassis components. The company developed the rear spring cups in response to customers offering suggestions for new parts to meet their needs.
A&A Manufacturing began as a tool-and-die shop in 1966. It first got involved in racing by making gussets to strengthen chassis. Employee Jim Fairbanks and his wife, Gina, bought the company in 2014. Fairbanks, a dirt late model driver, expanded the company’s product line to include more parts wanted by racers.
The company manufactures 95% of their chassis components in Michigan. They offer “bumper-to-bumper” parts used by professional and home chassis builders alike.
A&A Manufacturing constantly updates, improves, and creates suspension and chassis parts for the ever-changing motorsports market. Among the 1,500-plus components offered by A&A Manufacturing are a large variety of clamps, tabs, gussets, brackets, mounts, washers, and nuts. They offer hard-to-find and innovative components as well, producing weld-on nuts, spacers, bushings, rod ends, and inserts. A&A Manufacturing can also fulfill custom chassis component needs.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, A&A Manufacturing continues to operate as normal. They ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. You can also pick up your order directly from their Michigan headquarters. A&A Manufacturing offers a 5% discount for orders over $500.
