It’s time for the season to kick off in eastern Kentucky, and what better way to do so than the Bluegrass Motorsports Show in Hazard, Kentucky, on February 27-28.
The show will feature many exhibitors, including JC’s Race Parts, Mahle, Wieland, and VP. It’s also a great opportunity to meet with local series and tracks to see what’s in store for the new season.
Bring the kids, too, as they can enjoy face painting and balloon animals.
Other events include a live wrap demonstration, a 50/50 drawing and a simulator where fast time will earn a prize.
Come hungry, as well. Food vendors include those selling coffee, BBQ and hibachi. Hazard/Perry County Tourism will bring a limited number of doughnuts Saturday morning for attendees.
And score some deals from fellow racers, with a swap meet taking place, too.
The show opens on Friday, February 27, 5 p.m.-9 p.m. and runs through Saturday, February 28, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Admission is just $10 for adults, and children 4-10 are just $5.
