The third-oldest racetrack in America, Winchester Speedway, is building on its success from this past year with a 2026 schedule that features a little bit of everything.

“Our goal is to blend traditional, hold-your-breath racing events and combine family fun events to make Winchester Speedway not only survive but thrive for another 111 years,” Dan Redmond, Winchester Speedway General Manager, said.
Three new events grace the calendar: Demo Derby Destruction on the Highbanks, American Big Rig Racing Series and the Dukes of Northeast Ohio Stunt Show.

The 500 Sprint Car Tour (June 28) and Mid-Am Racing Series (September 5-7) return after making their debuts at Winchester in 2025.
In other news, Shadybowl Speedway will run the modified and thunder car classes at Winchester next season. Redmond says it’s one more example of Winchester Speedway working with nearby tracks, such as Anderson Spedway, Angola Motorsport Speedway and Eldora Speedway.
In fact, the Rich Vogler Classic will run on July 19, the Sunday after the Kings Royal at Eldora (July 17-18). The Old Timers weekend moves from Labor Day to the Rich Vogler Classic for its 50th anniversary.
The World Stock Car Festival returns Labor Day weekend, September 5-7, with the addition of the Great Lakes Truck Tour.
And the season concludes with the 55th Winchester 400 on October 8-11.
