With the race season nearing, racers should stock up on coil-over shock mounts from A&A Manufacturing. Take advantage of their current promotion, where they’ll provide free USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping through Saturday, March 26, 2022.
The company offers the shock mounts in variety of configurations. All are made in the USA, constructed from 1/8″ steel, and all accept ½” rod ends.
Dirt late model and modified racers will enjoy the lower control arm shock mount (part no. AA-098-A), with a ½” welded bushing. It has a flat bottom, and measures 1-5/16″ tall, with a 1-1/16″ gap. $4.45 each.
Similar to the previous model, the coil over mount, ½” hole, (part no. AA-076-A) uses a stepped bushing. It measures 1-3/4″ tall, with a 1-5/8″ gap. $4.45 each.
The 2-position (not pictured) and 3-position coil-over shock mounts provide more adjustability.
The 2-position shock mount (AA-644-A) has a radius bottom, and measures 1-7/8″ tall, with a 1-1/4″ gap. $7.83 each.
The 3-position shock mount comes in three versions. The radius bottom (AA-626-A) and flat bottom (AA-626-E) models retail for $9.33. A heavy-duty model (AA-626-HD) sells for $12.88.
Designed to sit on tubing, the radius coil over mount (part no. AA-263-A) contains a ½” bushing welded on one side. It measures 1-15/16″ tall, with a 1″ gap. $4.45 each.
For 1-½” tubing, A&A Manufacturing offers two versions for coil-over shock mounts — regular (AA-051-A for right, AA-051-B for left) and lightweight (AA-051-C for right, AA-051-D for left). The only difference between the two is the lightweight version has a diamond-shaped cutout in it to save weight. Other than that, both measure 1-7/8″ tall and have a 1-5/8″ gap. They have a 3/4″ hole on one side, and 1/2″ hole on the other. $4.75 each.
