Defending ACT Champ Pete Fecteau had a rough start to the day. He was involved in a practice crash that tore up the car pretty bad. Here his crew scrambles to assess the damage and get it race ready for the evening.
The car Pete tangled with was the #58 of Todd Peduzzi of Barre, VT. Todd could not get his car fixed and missed the nights events entirely. Tough break for Peduzzi, hope to see you back at the track soon.
Pete Potvin (11) gets turned around sideways in turn four. Reno gervais (12) and Justin Hart (44) get by without incident.
Eric Pembroke 92) looks low under the slipping Jimmy Young (81).
Young Gun Timmy Martin (5) getting chased by the Old Guard of Eric Williams (7), Phil Scott (14) and Cris Michaud (6).
Josh Lovely (54) and Gary Eldred (08) tangle in some Tiger action. Eldred got the worst of it.
Congrats to Jamie Rabideau for bringing the Outside Groove logo home in First Place!! This was Jamies first feature win at Thunder Road and he earned it by running the high side and tearing away from the field once he got in front. This elusive win was close for many weeks but something always came up to bite Jamie, not this night however. I don't think I have ever seen Jamie smile as much as he did on that night.
