Hard-Hitting Action at Claremont Speedway
CLAREMONT, NH: Just four weeks of racing remain in the 2002 season at
Claremont Speedway, but the weeks are all full of spectacular racing and
spectator participation events.

This Saturday night is the return of the full size, 8-cylinder,
demolition derby presented by ASETEX Tire & Auto of Claremont. This
event draws a large number of entries and is always a crowd-pleaser. All
of the car-crunching, metal-twisting, radiator-piercing, engine-seizing
action takes place for the honor of being the Claremont Speedway
Demolition Derby Champion of 2002 and a payday of $700 to the winner.

Rules for this event are available on the Claremont Speedway website,
www.claremontspeedway.com, or by calling the track hotline at
603-543-3160. It is not too late to get a car ready for this event.
Remove the glass from your car, chain the doors and the bumpers, strap
on a helmet, and you will be just about ready to go head to head with
the best of them. Donít forget the neon paint. The crowd will want to
see you amongst the flying dirt and grass.

Parents and troop leaders, there is a special deal for boy and girl
scouts this weekend. All scouts that arrive at the track in their
uniforms will receive free admission (when accompanied by an adult).
Gather the pack and head on over to Claremont Speedway for one of the
most exciting events of the year.

In addition to the demolition derby, there will be a full card of racing
with six divisions battling it out for the win and the season
championship, which is just a few weeks away. Catch the open wheel
Modifieds, the powerful Pro Stocks, the Late Models, the wild Street
Stocks, the Mini Stocks, and the Lightning Stocks as they compete for
almost 250 laps of edge-of-the-seat short track action.

The first race is at 6:06pm. As always, the Family Four-Pak will get 2
Adults and 2 Kids great seats for JUST $20.00. For more information,
log on to www.claremontspeedway.com or call the track hotline at
603-543-3160.
